One of their reps suggested that the prompts were phishing, though it logged me out of iTunes, and keeps prompting me to sign into the app store now. Apple Support's only solution is to reset my phone to factory settings denying that it has anything to do with locking my id. It still gives me an authorization code in Passwords & Security. It prompted me to log in, and thinks I am not signed into settings, though settings shows that I am signed in there, also in the app store and iTunes. I can no longer access the app store on my phone. I am still stuck with the messed up account on my iPhone. Ironically, iTunes had told me it was neither in the US nor China app store, but my friend, who has a newer iOS was able to download QQ International. I can still access the app store on my phone. I removed my phone from my id in my account, thinking it would do something, but I don't know how to fix it. I can logout of itunes on my phone, but not settings. I cannot logout of settings, and tried to reset my password, and i was sent a notification popup to my phone, but it did not do anything. It tries to give me a verification code that it wants me to enter on my computer, but there is nowhere to enter it. it says my account information is not available. I cannot access my password in settings now. When I tried to download it to my iPhone from the US app store, it said it wasn't available, and directed me to the Chinese app store, and said it wasn't available, then it temporarily locked my account, but now my id is locked on my iPhone, but only in settings. Currently, it is no longer available neither for iOS for the US app store nor the Chinese app store. I think that there used to be a download link for Windows on an English website, but I haven't been able to find one anymore.
